Facts
Appellant was charged at the Robbery and Firearms Tribunal with robbery of a tape recorder while armed with a knife.
However, the property in question was a record player and the tribunal amended the charge in the course of proceedings, but did not take a fresh plea from the accused.
He was subsequently found guilty and convicted.
He appealed.
